About

Yuyang Wang

I’m a software engineer at Polaris Wireless, focused on AI agents and data infrastructure.

I work on an AI data analyst, natural-language workflows, ClickHouse analytics, and production monitoring. A lot of my work involves keeping agents reliable and connecting them to different databases.

Outside of work, I build iOS apps, ESP32 displays, and free programming tutorial sites.

Experience

Software Engineer · Polaris Wireless

Full-time · Santa Clara, CA

  • Built an AI data analyst with a streaming agent runtime, resumable sessions, MCP, vLLM, access controls, generated UI, and a query layer for ClickHouse, DuckDB, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres.
  • Built natural-language workflows for AIGIS that turn user requests into validated LC API calls, including fuzzy name matching and date parsing.
  • Built a co-presence analysis pipeline in ClickHouse for billions of mobility records. It includes a statistical confidence model and runs 5× faster than the previous version.
  • Built and maintain KPI monitoring for the Critical Infrastructure Protection platform using Flask, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Docker. It runs in production in two countries and handles alerts, scheduled checks, and monthly reports.
